I absolutely love using Minted. The design quality is far better than using any other photo companies such as Walgreens for example. At Minted I feel like I am supporting local artists and the customer service simply cannot be beat. I rarely have any issues with my order, but the one instance I did Minted’s customer service was so quick and efficient to make it right.

I am very happy with both the product and the experience I had with Minted. I love the design of the card; it printed perfectly, and I especially appreciate that the envelopes came pre-addressed. I didn't have any negative experience with the company and I plan on using them again.

I loved the design for my wedding 'thank you' cards! Even after I finished the order, they emailed me with the complete design before they printed, to make sure everything was exactly what I expected. The wording placement was even adjusted to where it wasn't 'on top' of us in the photo.

Great customer service and beautiful designs! I've ordered multiple cards by Leah Bisch and she has been absolutely wonderful. She is extremely talented and very prompt. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for invitations, save the dates, etc.

Minted was unable to send us a proof that matched the design we picked on their website. We spent hours on the phone with their support team only to be told repeatedly that the mismatch between the design we picked and the proof was a "visual glitch" and if we approve the incorrect proof we will receive the correct product. The supervisor I spoke with, Jose, lied to me multiple times during our conversation: he told me that they have access to the file the printers use, then when I told him that screenshot was still incorrect he told me that they did not have access to the file the printers use; at the end of the call he promised me a call back by noon the next day, which he did not do. We also received, at various times during our interactions with Minted, a proof with another couple's name and date and a full order of save-the-dates with another couple's name and return address on them. After all this Minted has been unable to help us reach a satisfactory outcome so we will be looking elsewhere for our future printing needs.

On my thank you's, I forgot to add in the 20% discount. I emailed customer service and within two hours I had a response from Derick. He not only gave me my discount, but he gave me a 30% refund AND added faster shipping to my order.

My experience with Minted was excellent. I originally ordered Save the Dates through them and ended up returning to purchase wedding invitations as well! Both orders came quickly, were accurately made, and extremely high quality. While the invitations I chose were slightly out of my budget, I was able to use a 20% off coupon, and I was willing to spend a little more because of Minted’s excellent customer service, ship time, and product quality. They did not disappoint! I absolutely love the designs we ended up with, and I have already received so many compliments about both of the items I ordered. Would highly recommend!

Highly recommend Minted for your wedding invitations! Incredible quality, wide selection of designs for everyone's liking, and very easy to create! There design team is very quick to complete your requests, and shipping is fast. If you're like us and couldn't decide between 2 designs, order samples and it really helps in deciding. Quality paper and design - you won't be disappointed. I love that Minted offers free addressing of envelopes as well!
